Afterschool Tutoring
You child will have a place to do their homework and get help from a teacher or their peers for those difficult subjects. This is offered M-F 3:30-5:30 and a snack is always provided. $25/hr, no minimum commitment
School Break Programs
Over spring, summer, and winter breaks, you can choose from focused offerings for your student, such as math, reading, arts and crafts, and cooking. Cost will be advertised based on content and hours.
Reading and Math Intervention
In just a month or two, your child could stop struggling with reading or math, and develop confindence to have them enjoy their academics. $25/hr, no minimum commitment
Fully Accredited Academic Support Packages
Foundations Tutoring has partnered with parents to offer custom options for schooling. You can choose how much you would like to be involved, and whether or not you would like your child to go through an approved curriculum with or without accredidation.
Parent-Guided Core
You lead your child through their curriculum and Foundations supports you in a supplemental way. Your child will be helped through areas where they struggle, when needed, in person by Foundations Tutoring. $100/wk*
Collaborative Plus
Support for your child is expanded to include up to 8 hours per week of in-person support from Foundations, and Foundations shares your child’s educational responsibility with you, lending more week to week support. $200/wk*
Full Academic Partnership
Foundations will handle all details of instruction for your child. This provides a “turn-key” school-replacement program where your child can enjoy a tailor-made education that enhances their academic strengths. $350 to $500/wk*
*Handling accreditation from the requirements from the accrediting authority is $25/wk for K-8 and $50/wk for High School. This includes Foundations handling collaboration with advisors and academic counselors to assure graduation requirements are met, guiding you and your child through the process of maintaining a work sample, documenting your child’s progress, working with your child to determine the classes that meet their personal interests and graduation requirements, ensuring your child knows what work they need to complete to be successful each week, and entering grades at the end of each semester.
NOTE: The accreditation authority has modest registration and accreditation fees associated with their service, which include their academic advisors and counselors, as well as access to school clubs. Please feel free to call and discuss these with Foundations Tutoring.
